Technical Service Bulletin 63/2010 covers fuel vaporiser failure and specifically refers to Kuga MK1 2008-2012 from 05/2010. The schematic diagrams from a parts catalogue also shows that things changed quite significantly from 05/2010. There are two diagram versions both called Exhaust System FORD Kuga 2008-2012 (CBV).
DPF FILTER - craig-pd130 : I have a new Mondeo with the 2.0TDCi, DPF-equipped motor, which I believe is the same as in the Kuga. I've had it since Feb this year and have done 6000 miles. My daily commute is 3.5 miles, with occasional longer trips and the odd M-way blast.
