The backspacing on WJ 16-inch wheels is 6", factory tire size 245/70/16. I don't really know what the backspacing is on factory Wrangler wheels but maybe it's 6.25"? With the same width tires (245 mm), this means you will be pushing your tires .25-inch closer to the shocks, where the minimum inboard clearance point is.
In fact, I personally think its a bit too much for lifted WJ's under 6" of lift. I have a 4" lift with 5" of backspacing and LOVE the look of it. It gives it a wider stance over the stock backspacing, but my wheels dont stick out so far beyond the fender that it just looks silly. My 2000 grand cherokee limited came stock from the factory with 245/70/16. I believe that all limited recieved this option. I do not have an upcounty suspension. It was an option and there is lots of room. Could probably even go with a larger tire. at the bottom of this sheet it will show all of the tire sizes from the factory
