My thoughts are the best thing to do would be to buy some cheap beater bike off Craigslist that takes 26" or 29" tires to use just for the trainer, would save you having to swap tires around and avoid the risk of sweat corrosion on your good bike, and you'd be able to run trainer specific tires that last much longer and make less noise.
